•  Make sure your Android Device has minimum of 70% of charge, and go to Settings > Applications > Development > And Turn USB debugging ON
• Now Download this file (This ROM file must be around 91 or 92 MB)
• Then after download connect your Samsung Galaxy Ace to your PC via USB cable, and copy the downloaded ROM to the SD Card.
• That's it, it's almost over. But remember you must have installed ClockWorkMod on your Samsung Galaxy ace, if you haven't downloaded check this article
• After the copying part is finished, safely remove or disconnect your device from PC, and completely Switch off or Shut down.
• After shutting down, you must now enter into recovery mode. Just press VOLUME UP BUTTON + HOME + LOCK or POWER Button.
• Now you are in recovery mode, when you enter recovery mode use VOLUME keys to move UP and DOWN, and use HOME to select.
• Now go to "wipe data factory reset" and choose "YES".
• Then go to "wipe cache partition" by using HOME button.
• Next go to "advanced option" and select "wipe dalvik cache".
• Now the last part is, click "apply update from SD card" and select the ROM .zip file that you have copied to your device from PC.
• It might take some moments to install, after the installation is completed, click "Reboot System Now".

As you are installing this ROM first time, it might take 10-20 minutes to load. Don't worry, be patient and your device will be successfully booted. That's it! Now iOS 5 ROM is running successfully on your Samsung Galaxy Ace 5830!
